Founded by Teri, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), our practice is rooted in the belief that true healing starts with understanding. Since 2018, we have focused on providing personalized care that addresses the whole person rather than just their symptoms.
Our approach emphasizes educating clients on the relationships between their thoughts, behaviors, and experiences, empowering them to make informed decisions and lasting. Whether you’re seeking to understand the origins of your challenges, we are here to support you.
